PT Sukses Sejahtera Bersama Indonesia was founded on Wednesday, 9 September 2015 in Sidoarjo, East Java, under Deed of Establishment No. 4 by Notary Moch Syamsudin SH, MKn, at the initiative of PT Varia Usaha Beton. The company was established by two affiliates of the parent company: Koperasi Karyawan Varia Usaha Beton holding 75% of shares, and Yayasan Wredatama Varia Usaha Beton holding 25%.

PT SSBI was built to answer a clear need in the business world: competent workers of high integrity, ready to support productivity on a sustainable basis. We act as a strategic partner focused on professional workforce outsourcing - from recruitment and assessment through to candidate interviews, all within a measurable and transparent selection system.

As a workforce provider, PT SSBI specialises in the construction sector, with more than ten years of experience serving PT Varia Usaha Beton, one of Indonesia's major players in concrete and construction. Over that period we have been entrusted with positions at every level - drivers, office support, administrative staff, and operational personnel at ready-mix and precast plants.

As the business has grown, PT SSBI has expanded into general trading. We now supply construction raw materials such as sand, crushed stone, and aggregates, along with spare parts and office stationery, and provide training services and corporate event management.

This diversification is part of our strategy to offer integrated, end-to-end solutions - so that PT SSBI is not only a service provider but a trusted business partner contributing to your company's long-term success.
