How we handle your personal data

Data we collect
Through this website we collect the data you enter yourself into the contact form, job application form, and company profile download form. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and - for applicants - education, work experience, and the CV file you upload.
How we use it
Applicant data is used solely for recruitment. Contact form data is used to answer your enquiry. We do not sell personal data to any party.
How long we keep it
Applicant data is retained for at most 12 months from submission, after which it is automatically deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
Security
CV files are stored outside the public directory and are accessible only to authorised staff. Every download is logged. All site traffic is encrypted.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at the email address listed on the contact page.
