The management information system where every worker we place accesses their own employment records, signing in with their badge number.
Every worker we place is registered in SIM SSBI and signs in with the badge number assigned to them, giving them direct access to their own employment records without going through administrative staff.
Access recovery runs through a WhatsApp notification to the number registered against that badge - not through email, which is often inactive at operational level.
